The product I bought was just as promised brand new and still on origenal packaging. Very happy with the controller and it works like new.

2 Stars Broke within in days
Within a few days of receiving the controller the right bumper broke. will not click and you have to press it hard to work. I plan to contact microsoft about sending it off to get fixed.
